With Thanksgiving just a week away, I'm beginning to plan my menu. My meat-eating family will be celebrating the holiday at my house, which means my vegetarian husband and I have faced the Thanksgiving Conundrum: to serve turkey or not?
For some, it's a no-brainer: there's no turkey on the table, no matter what. For others, there's room on the table for turkey and Tofurkey.
