A Victory for the Animals in North Carolina

Great news! North Carolina Governor Michael Easely signed HB2098 into law this morning! Thanks to all of you who called his office to urge him to do so. You made the difference, overcame the pro-cruelty lobby, and saved lives. We can have many more victories for animals if we all just make the effort.
